Shipping Policy

  • We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible; within 3 days of placing the order [this includes original artwork].
  • You're order will be shipping within 3 days of placing it.
  • Orders usually take 5-7 business days within Canada and the United States and 10-15 business days for international orders.
  • Shipping rates vary with weight of the shipment. 


  • Versatile Veganisn's return policy on clothing lasts 5 days after delivery. If 5 days have gone by from the day your package was delivered, a refund/exchange will not be issued.
  • There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items.
  • When returning an item, please include your name, order number, packing slip if available, and the reason for the return.
  • You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for the return of the item & the shipping costs associated with the initial order will not be refunded.
  • All apparel must be unworn and unwashed in original bag. Items must have NO animal hair, excessive wrinkling, smell of deodorant, smoke, cologne, etc. 
  • All original artwork must be mailed back in the original box with the original shipping stuffing.
  • If the item does not pass personal inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
  • If your refund is approved, it could take up to 7 business days to process, and a credit will be put back on to your original form of payment. You will notified via email once the refund process has begun. This could take 3-5 days to post through your bank
  • Sale items are final sale.


If you need to exchange, please return your item per our refund policy above and include exchange instructions/order number with the return. We do not offer exchanges on out of stock items, if the item is out of stock, then we will refund the item returned.

Wrong Order

If the order is incorrect, first of all- I apologize for this. Please send me an email and ship the item back, and I will exchange, and pay for the shipping costs associated.

International Orders- Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost. On rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.
